The best types of oils a person should look for are those that are Polyunsaturated and Monosaturated. Oils such as Grapeseed, Walnut, Avocado, and Almond oil.
The worst types of oils are those that contain hydrogenated vegetable or soybean oil such as Palm oil and Cottonseed oil. Going by brand names such as Canola, Mazola, and Sunflower oil.
